Hi-Line service is based on up-to-date ADSL technology. The asymmetric form of the given technology becomes ideal for its advanced applications where the volume of data transmitted to subscriber particularly exceeds the volume of the data transmitted from subscriber to the network.

The main sphere of Hi-Line use is a high-rate data transmission. The data transmission covers the access to Internet network, data transmission /distant access to LAN/ and access to specialized networks.

To connect to Hi-Line service the subscriber must select one of the described methods:

• To call to 100 short telephone number from fixed or mobile telephone number of «Beeline» and inform about your will to use Hi-Line service. In this case, due to beforehand arrangement, ADSL modem and all necessary documents on service provision will be brought to the subscriber’s house.
• To visit the corresponding Sales office of ATE «Beeline».

To draw up an application the following documents are to be submitted:

Legal entities: In case of Director’s visit- copy of state register certificate, round seal and passport. In case of authorized person’s visit - power of attorney ratified by legal entity’s seal and passport.

* NOTE

When activating the service the subscriber can select any of the above-mentioned tariff plans. The tariff plan selected by subscriber is valid till the end of the current month and will be automatically connected during next months as long as subscriber does not submit an application on service deactivation or tariff plan change.

Subscriber can change the tariff plan or acquire additional tariff plan (package).Change of tariff plan comes into force from the beginning of the calendar month on condition that the change of tariff plan was ordered by subscriber during previous month no later than till the 25th inclusively.

Subscriber can any time order additional tariff plan. In case of ordering an additional Hi-Line tariff plan in the accounting month the fees established by Subscriber for the given month are subject to payment either for acting or additional tariffs plans irrespective of the used volumes, moreover in case of ordering additional tariff plan by Subscriber in the accounting month the balance (unused part) of the previous tariff plan is annulled. In case of not changing Hi-Line tariff plan by Subscriber, Operator automatically provides Subscriber the last Hi-Line tariff plan selected by latter for the month following the accounting month.

If the package of service is consumed, then data reception-transmission rate will sharply decrease up to 5 Kbps. In this case you can use Internet link to check mail or to use ICQ. Service is not disconnected.
