What is Hi-Line
«Hi-Line» from Beeline— is a high-speed access to Internet based on up-to-date ADSL technology!
ADSL (Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line) - technology is a high-speed communication technology which enables to have Internet access via ordinary telephone lines.
In case of Hi-Line use you can simultaneously speak by telephone
and use Internet.
The main sphere of Hi-Line use is a high-rate data transmission.
The data transmission covers the access to Internet network, data
transmission /distant access to LAN/ and access to specialized
networks.
How to connect to «Hi-Line»?
Find out, whether your ATE supports Hi-Line service.
By telephone
You can submit the application form on service activation by calling 100 number from your mobile or fixed phone.
The operator will accept your demand and will agree with you about
specialists’ arrival time. The ADSL-modem, other necessary
equipments* and all necessary documents required for service
activation will be delivered.
* Find out the cost of equipments. It is not included in connection cost.
In Beeline Offices
Fill in the application form and visit nearest Beeline Sales and Customer Care office.
To draw up an application the following documents are to be submitted:
Director of the organization provides:
- certificate
- copy of state register certificate
- round seal
- passport
The authorized person provides power of attorney ratified by legal entity’s, seal and passport.

«Mega» tariff plans application form
«Optimal» tariff plans application form
Note:
When activating the service the subscriber can select any of the above-mentioned tariff plans. The tariff plan selected by subscriber is valid till the end of the current month and will be automatically connected during next months as long as subscriber does not submit an application on service deactivation or tariff plan change.
In case of not changing Hi-Line tariff plan by Subscriber, Operator automatically provides Subscriber the last Hi-Line tariff plan selected by latter for the month following the accounting month.
