1. Service description

"Dial-up Internet Beeline" ensures Internet network access for subscribers of fixed telephony via making a call (dial up) to “8888” telephone number dedicated by “Beeline”.

At present "Dial-up Internet Beeline" is available in Yerevan, Echmiadzin, Vanadzor, Ashtarak, Eghegnadzor and Gyumri for subscribers of digital exchanges. To receive additional information on service you can call to 1-09 and 080000109 free telephone numbers.

Before using the service it is necessary to get acquainted to the terms of service provision placed on www.beeline.am internet site of “Beeline”.

2. Order of service use

To use "Dial-up Internet Beeline" service modem, telephone line will be connected to subscriber’s computers.

When using "Dial-up Internet Beeline" service for the 1st time the following actions are to be carried out:

• To open on the computer Start-->Control panel-->Network connections-->select New Connection
• Press Next, select Connect to the Internet
• Press Next, select Set up my connection manually
• Press Next, select Connect using a dial-up modem
• Press, mark ISP Name in beeline field
• Press Next, mark Phone number in 8888 field
• Press Next, mark internet (in small letters) in Username-Internet password fields
• Press Finish

When again using "Dial-up Internet Beeline" service the following actions are to be carried out:

• To open on the computer Start-->Control panel--> Network connections--> beeline
• To mark internet (is small letters) in Username-Internet password fields and press Connect
  To wait for the message on successful connection with internet.

3. Order of service blocking

Subscriber can on his own initiative block the outgoing calls making to 8888 telephone number. The following actions are to be carried out:

For push-button telephone sets

To dial *33*abcd*03# for blocking 8888 telephone number, where abcd is a four-digit code. At first blocking the code corresponds to the last four symbols of the subscriber's telephone number.

In this case the access of outgoing calls to international, CIS countries, calls directed to 900 services at long-distance and value added will be also blocked.

To dial #33*abcd# for unblocking 8888 telephone number, where abcd is a four-digit code dialed for blocking.

When blocking the outgoing calls subscriber can select a 4-digit code (ABCD) composed of any figures.

To change the code it is necessary to dial *99*abcd*ABCD#, where abcd is the old code, ABCD is the new one – any four-digit figure.

For disc telephone sets

To dial 133abcd03 for blocking 8888 telephone number, where abcd is a four-digit code. At first blocking the code corresponds to the last four symbols of the subscriber's telephone number.

In this case the access of outgoing calls to international, CIS countries, calls directed to 900 services at long-distance and value added will be also blocked.

To dial 134abcd for unblocking 8888 telephone number, where abcd is a four-digit code dialed for blocking.
