You can block telephone number free of charge if you have lost SIM-card or do not want to use your telephone temporarily.

For juridical bodies, number blocking/unblocking of no more than 3 numbers is implemented on the basis of oral application of the subscriber, the number blocking/unblocking of more than 3 numbers is implemented on the basis of written application with visitation of cell phone number owner or attorney-in-fact of owner (with a letter of attorney, certified by notary) in Beeline’s Customer Care Office.

If Subscriber is a juridical body:

• Attorney-in-fact of current organization presents passport and a letter of attorney, certified by notary;
• Pays the debts on the account;
• Presents written application in free form, mentioning the date of blocking;
• Fills in the application for service provision.

Service is provided to subscribers of both prepaid and postpaid systems of payments.
