Juridical bodies carry out international roaming connection/disconnection service on the basis of written application by visit of cell phone number owner or attorney-in-fact of owner (with a letter of attorney, certified by notary) in «Beeline» Customer Care Office.
If Subscriber is a juridical body:
- Attorney-in-fact of current organization presents passport and a letter of attorney, certified by notary;
- Pays the debts on the account;
- Fills in the application of “International Roaming” service connection;
- Pays the intended guarantee deposit for the service in the amount of 15,000 drams.
The balance of not used guarantee deposit is not subject to return: it remains on subscriber’s account for further charges covering.
In most countries roaming is connected automatically. Just turn on your telephone on arrival, it will subscribe to the network in a few minutes, the signal of which is stronger. Local operator network code or name will appear on telephone screen. If it does not happen, try to select network manually via telephone menu (see the instruction on apparatus exploitation). After that you can call and receive calls.
International roaming service is disconnected in two cases:
- If 80% of guarantee deposit amount is depleted;
- If the subscriber presents a written application in free form on international roaming disconnection.
